You can still order then, and the last table eats the same as the first. Martin is at the piano, every evening. It isn't a show with a start time: it's the evening, slowly letting go.
Kitchen until 22:30

Corso Trieste e Trento 32, just outside the restricted-traffic zone: you've already walked past the town hall and the Belvedere. From the street it's a door and nothing more — inside, the stone vault and the sound of a room having dinner.

That's the rule we write the menu by. The Onion Soup is a French recipe made with the red onion of Acquaviva; the bombette are ours, but with Wagyu. And a few Italian classics, done our way. You won't find orecchiette: it isn't snobbery, it's a choice. The prices are on the menu, dish by dish.

Never charged, if you come
We tell you before we ask for your details, and you leave the card after our confirmation, from the email we send you. At dinner the booking is non-refundable: cancel late or don't turn up, and it's €15 per person.
28 seats
There's no second room behind this one: what you see is all of it. Which is why, at dinner, it's worth saying you're coming.
It changes with the season
The real calendar, evening by evening, is in the form: if a date can be booked, dinner is served that evening.
