The idea
At NOS, we hold dear the atmosphere that only a more intimate setting can give. We welcome groups by reservation, with separate, gathered tables — never one long shared table — so every group has its own space. It's the right place for family celebrations, small communions, boutique business lunches and dinners, and occasions that ask for real attention, not large numbers.

How it works
We welcome groups by reservation, from eight guests upwards. We prepare a dedicated menu for the occasion and keep the tables separate and gathered — never one long shared table — so every group has its own space. Lunch, with its natural light and more relaxed pace, is the moment we love most for coming together.
At midday
We'll say it as it is: in the evening the room works at full pace; at lunch it breathes. A group arriving at midday finds more space around the tables, the light of day, and the same kitchen as the evening. The menu stays what it is for groups: fixed, agreed beforehand, in the proposal we send you.
On lunch days the kitchen runs non-stop, from 10:00 to 22:30. Your group sits down at the hour that suits your day, with no second seating at your back.
Midday is the house at its brightest hour: you're at the table in natural light, with the garden in full light a few steps from the tables.
At lunch the tables breathe more than in the evening: more calm around you, more time to be together.
Lunch at NOS keeps its own rhythm: in summer we serve lunch every day, Thursdays excepted; then on public holidays, at Christmas, and during the Putignano Carnival. Put your date in the request — we confirm availability in our reply.

We listen to every request with care and an open mind. We'd rather shape the experience around the people in the room than fit everyone into the same mould. Tell us about the occasion and we'll take care of the rest.

Exploring Puglia on two wheels? NOS is a cyclist-friendly lunch stop in Alberobello, with the shade of a garden and a few details made for people who travel by bike. Secure bike parking, an air pump, and all the fresh water you need — the right place to pause, catch your breath, and set off again.

For groups we prepare a menu tailored to you, drinks not included. A 10% service contribution is included and shared with our team.
