Palazzo Scotto is a late-nineteenth-century historic residence: the people who look after NOS look after its rooms too, with the same taste for detail and the same beauty that never raises its voice. What begins at the table simply continues here.

A late-nineteenth-century palazzo in the heart of Alberobello, brought back to life with patient care: the original limestone left to breathe, the vaults untouched, furnishings chosen without hurry that live alongside the old without competing with it. Most of all, a real family home — one where every space carries its own story and the pleasure of slowing down feels entirely natural. The NOS family welcomes you here as it welcomes you to the table: à la carte breakfast at the restaurant every morning, a welcome drink with the pianist come evening, and someone who genuinely picks up when you call.

Every room at Palazzo Scotto is unique: in history, proportions, and character. Five are in the main building of the residence; four are independent houses, a few steps away. We present them separately, so you know exactly what you are choosing.

An authentic historic trullo, restored stone by stone. The original vault above you, underfloor heating beneath your feet: history, with today's comforts.

Stone cross-vaults and a bed that seems to float on the rock, lit from below by integrated light. It looks onto the quiet garden.
22 m² · first floorTrulli view
An oversize, semi-suspended bed and a chromotherapy shower behind a wall of mirrors. And a private balcony looking out over the conical roofs of the trulli.

From the old Apulian cummerse: living stone vaults, bedroom and sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen. The most independent room in the residence, reached by lift.
Four independent houses, a short stroll among the trulli. More private, more peaceful. They don't have the residence's in-house services — no breakfast in the room, no main-building service — but they offer something the residence doesn't: private terraces, pets welcome, a trullo all to yourself.

A seventeenth-century trullo, an independent home that breathes on its own. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the mezzanine in the cone. For those who want all the space and all the history.
