Two sittings: the Early Dinner from 18:00, and the New Year's Eve Dinner from 21:00, carrying on past midnight. Martin at the piano and Anthony on saxophone, all evening.

One evening only.
On 31 December, NOS opens for New Year's Eve alone: no à la carte, no other sittings. The kitchen, the dining room and the music are given over to this one evening.
Piano and saxophone.
Martin is NOS's resident pianist. On 31 December he plays with Anthony on saxophone, at both sittings and throughout the evening: music that keeps dinner company and leaves room for conversation.

Welcome from 21:00. An unhurried dinner, and midnight at the table. Tables for two, with very few for four.

You won't find it here or anywhere else: we send it only to guests who have booked, not before 10 December.
Before you book
- Age.
- Both sittings are for guests aged 16 and over.
- Allergies and intolerances.
- The menu cannot be changed, so we are unable to accept bookings in which any guest has a food allergy or intolerance.
- Gluten.
- The menu is prepared without ingredients that contain gluten. Cross-contamination in the kitchen cannot be ruled out, however, so it is not suitable for guests with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
- Drinks.
- Only water and cover charge are included. Wine, cocktails, coffee, spirits and soft drinks are charged separately; the wine list is at your disposal.
- Booking and deposit.
- Bookings are online only. A 30% deposit is paid when you book (€27 per person for the Early Dinner, €54 for the New Year's Eve Dinner) and is non-refundable. The balance is paid on the night.
